Nathan Henshaw is a seasoned attorney and business advisor who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Horizon Trek, LLC. His unique blend of legal knowledge, financial insight, and real-world experience makes him a powerful and knowledgeable ally in any business endeavor.
He actively serves many business clients throughout the State of Alaska in a variety of Litigation and Transactional matters. He is an experienced negotiator and knows the intricacies of corporate finance and law.
Nathan has bachelor’s degrees in economics and international business from Utah State University, where he received a scholarship to live in a rural village in Ghana. There, he taught business development classes, advised local business owners, and distributed micro-loans to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Before attending law school at the University of Utah, Nathan furthered his financial experience working for Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management Division. This blend of legal and financial expertise makes him an invaluable resource for clients navigating the complexities of buying, selling, and succession planning for businesses.
Nathan’s life experiences are as diverse as his professional ones. At 19, he spent two years in Norway, where he fell in love with the country’s beauty, and climate, which eventually drew him live in Alaska. He is Fluent in Norwegian and functional in Arabic. In his free time, Nathan enjoys exploring Alaska’s vast wilderness, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with his family.
